Help On Harvest Moon Magical Melodies?

Okay so I have a Sheep two horses a cow and two chickens.
I went to Michaels junk shop to see if they had a yarn maker but they don’t.
Everywhere I read it says to get a yarn maker from Michaels Junk Shop but It’s not there.
Also I have five training stars on one of my horses but everytme I ride it it doesn’t give me any more stars.
Im also trying to grow alot more crops but my Stamnia dies so quickly it’s impossible to get it up then I have to stop whatever im doing and go to sleep so my Stamina can raise up again. Is there any possible way to get higher Stamnia?
Also im trying to Marry Alex and I only have three hearts with him how do I raise that?
And how do I get my sheeps wool quality to go more up? Because every time I clip his wool it comes out as “Dull Wool” and my chickens eggs usually come out a light brown how do I get high quality eggs and wool?

Yarn maker appears in the shop later in game, once you’re made some significant progress and bought a lot of other things.
No idea about the horse though.
The way to raise your Stamina is to keep food on you and eat it during the day. Also, be on the look out for Power Berries.
To marry Alex, just give him gifts he likes and talk to him often. Experiment with different things to see what he likes most.
Wool quality goes up if you Brush them, Talk to them and Feed them every day. You get a larger bonus if you bring the hay to them directly instead of leaving it in the trough. They also get a bonus to happiness if you let them graze outside. Same goes for Cows. If you keep doing it, you’ll eventually get the best Wool and Milk. For chickens, same thing except no brushing.
Also, never hit them with tools, it often makes them sick.
