How do I make this into compost?

I have a few ton of surplus Malt Combings, when added to my compost pile will these be “Greens” or “browns”? The Combings were sourced direct from a malthouse and so still contain a small % of grain, the combings spend more than 12 hours at a temperature of more than 90C so I suspect they have very little nitrogen but have a fair amount of protein. Will the sheep manure I add be “Green”? I believe an equal volume of each is required for a healthy compost pile. I know this is fantastic stock feed but as no one has even heard of malt combings, I got no interest when I tried to sell them on ebay.
I am a silly sausage, I did not word it right. I tried to sell the combings in the agricultural section on Ebay where they sell hay.
Truly, why would anyone want to buy compost tailings on e-Bay ? I mean it is not something you can put in the post.
Seriously, though, you yourself, will have fantastic compost for months to come. Combine it ( if you can) with used straw and manure from stables. If not, then some chicken or sheep manure or something similar to Dynamic Lifter, which will do the job but will not as potent as horse manure.
For actual compost, use 2/3rds combings to 1/3rd green manure and do what you usually do, when you make your compost.
Happy growing, your plants will love you !!
Check on Google. I have recently got advice such as your seeking from the net.Just type in Compost making.
