How do you get an all brown cow on Farmville?

Is it an adoption thing like the black sheep or do you get it as a gift?

It is just like the black sheep. They stopped doing it with the introduction of the black sheep. Unfortunately, if you did not get a brown cow, unless they re-introduce it, you won’t get one.
