how do you get the Shining Wool yarn for the Journey Rucksack?

I own Harvest Moon-Tree of Tranquility for the Wii. I am married to Jin and have a son James. I have all the ingredients but this one. I have my sheep up to 10 hearts. all i can get from my sheep are good or perfect wool. will the harvest goddess accept perfect? i would like to know how to get this.
Nooo, you must make your sheep be basically OVER 10 hearts, although they have 10, keep giving them attention nonstop. Eventually, on one sunny day it’ll finally give you the shining wool. This can also sometimes be triggered after an event, like a rival marriage or anniversary. =]
