What is the best grain and hay to feed meat sheep?

Hi i run a flock of dorper sheep they are eating normal grass in the paddock at the moment. I am worried that there is not enough nutrients for them in the plain grass. Is there a grain or hay that would give them the nutrients or protein that would make them better for eating?
