We look different, and act different completely. I have golden brown hair, blue eyes and fair skin; my sisters are green-eyed, dark-haired and tanned.
They are the artsy type, and my older sister’s paintings are hung up around the house, and receive comments and wows from visitors. My mom is an artistic person too. I don’t have much of any artsy talents; being much more scientific and mathematically-minded. Both my sisters love our rural surroundings, and are real outdoorsy girls. I wish to be in the city, and around people.
I feel like my mom accepts my sisters more as her daughters than me, even though I’m the only child in my family that looks like her. They get along better, and I can tell that they understand each other more.
I try and please my parents with straight A’s and showing them my cheerleading stunts at school games. But they don’t seem to appreciate anything I do as much as my sisters.

Any help?
